Mahesh Shahdadpuri is the Founder & Group Chairman of TASC Group, where he shapes the Group’s long-term vision across workforce solutions, technology, AI-enabled services, business setup, and compliance.

A recognised thought leader on the future of work, AI, and business transformation, Mahesh champions the responsible use of technology to create more human-centric organisations. Jayajyoti Sengupta

Jayajyoti Sengupta is the Chief Executive Officer of TASC Group, bringing over 30 years of global leadership experience across technology, consulting, and business transformation. Having held senior leadership roles at organisations including Accenture and Cognizant, he has led large-scale growth initiatives, AI-enabled transformation, and strategic client partnerships across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

At TASC Group, Jayajyoti is leading the company’s evolution towards AI-first, outcome-driven workforce and managed services solutions, helping organisations accelerate growth, improve operational efficiency, and navigate the future of work. His leadership reflects TASC’s commitment to innovation, customer-centricity, and delivering measurable business impact across the region.

Anil is a seasoned staffing industry leader with over 17 years of experience building high-performing teams and driving business transformation across diverse markets. Over the past decade at TASC, he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's enterprise activities in the UAE before moving to head up our operations in Saudi Arabia, combining strategic foresight with a deep understanding of client needs.

As a Senior Vice President and Executive Team Member at TASC Outsourcing, Pedro leads innovative, effective hiring solutions for businesses of all types and sizes in the region. With over 25 years of experience in global management and sales, Pedro has worked for some of the world's top HR consulting and outsourcing companies, such as Kelly Services, Crystal Lagoons, Hays Group, and Randstad Group, in 10 different countries across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Sushil Jethwani

Sushil is an experienced account and workforce solutions leader with a strong background in staffing, recruitment, and service delivery across the UAE and India. His career shows steady progression from recruitment roles into senior account management and leadership positions within large, associate driven organizations. Currently an Associate Vice President at TASC Outsourcing, he manages key client relationships, oversees service delivery, and ensures strong operational and commercial alignment, supported by prior roles as Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Key Account Executive.

Sagar Hamdani Khan

Sagar is a seasoned logistics sales professional with 18 years of experience in Dubai, specializing in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, and customer relationship management. His career has been built on optimizing supply chains and developing strategic partnerships to meet diverse client needs. Throughout his career, Sagar has helped businesses streamline logistics operations and improve cost efficiency through practical, tailored solutions. He is known for a strong client first approach and for leveraging his deep industry network to deliver consistent results and long term value.

Arun Krishnamoorthy

Arun is an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in workforce operations, compliance, and service delivery within high volume, associate driven environments. He specializes in end to end operational management, including onboarding, attendance control, KPI tracking, client SLA adherence, and associate engagement. He believes in proactive communication, clear expectations, and structured execution to deliver consistent results for both clients and the organization.

Ananth is a finance and financial operations leader with extensive hands on experience across staffing, logistics, and service led organizations in the UAE. He brings strong commercial and financial insight, with a focus on driving profitability, optimizing cash flow, building pricing frameworks, and maintaining financial discipline across the business.

Anup Ochani is the Head of AIQU, leading the company’s growth across technology consulting, digital transformation and AI-powered enterprise solutions. With over two decades of experience across the Middle East, Europe and Asia, he has helped organisations modernise technology landscapes, accelerate innovation and deliver complex transformation programmes across banking, financial services and the public sector. At AIQU, he is focused on helping clients build future-ready technology capabilities that create measurable business impact.

Ashish Maheshwari

Ashish Maheshwari is the Group Chief Financial Officer of TASC, with over two decades of experience in senior finance and strategy leadership roles across Sobha Constructions (Sobha Realty), Apollo Health & Lifestyle (Apollo Hospitals Group), Aetna and ABB. A qualified CA, MBA, CS, CWA and Lawyer, he has led multi-country finance teams and managed high-value P&Ls of up to AED 7 billion annually. His expertise includes M&A, fundraising, FP&A, controllership, investor relations, audit, taxation, legal and compliance, and board and audit committee matters.
He currently leads the finance and legal functions across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India.
